SeaMind uses your company’s SSO (Single Sign-On). You log in with the same credentials you use for other company tools. If you can’t log in:
- Make sure you’re using the correct company email.
- Try logging in to other company tools to confirm your credentials work.
- Contact your IT team — they manage your account in the identity provider.
I can't find my course
I can't find my course
Courses only appear if your admin has assigned them to you. If you don’t see a course you expect:
- Check the Library page and clear any active filters.
- Ask your admin to verify that the course is assigned to your current ship assignment.
My score didn't save
My score didn't save
Scores are saved automatically when you submit the quiz. If your score is missing:
- Make sure you clicked Submit and saw your results before closing the browser.
- If you closed the browser mid-quiz, your answers may not have been recorded. Retake the quiz.
- If the problem persists, let your admin know — they can check the Progress page.

Find the course on your dashboard or in the Library. If you failed, the card will show a FAILED badge with a Retry button. Click it to open the course and take the quiz again.

If the course player shows a “Failed to Load” message:
- Click the retry button in the error message.
- Check your internet connection.
- Try refreshing the page.
- If it still doesn’t work, let your admin know.

Progress updates happen automatically, but they depend on staying in the course player. If you opened a course very briefly and left, the system may not have registered activity. Open the course again and work through at least one slide.

The ship shown on your course card comes from your assignment. If it’s wrong, your admin needs to update your assignment. Contact them directly.
