The crew roster is your office-side view of everyone in the organization. From here you can see each person’s role and status, track how far along their profile verification is, and open any profile to review it. Path: Admin sidebar > Crew

The roster table

Each row is one crew member:
ColumnDescription
NameFull name, with email below
RoleAdmin, Office Admin, Office Employee, or Crew Member
StatusActive, Pending, or Suspended
VerificationProfile status — Incomplete, In Review, Action Needed, or Approved
Last loginWhen they last signed in
JoinedWhen their account was created
The Verification column appears when your organization has the Crew product enabled. Without it, the roster still shows people and roles, but not the records and verification workflow.

Finding people

  • Search by name or email — results filter as you type.
  • Filter by role, status, verification status, and assignment status. Filters combine, so you can narrow to, say, every Crew Member who is Action Needed.
Filtering by Action Needed and In Review is the fastest way to find the crew who need your attention — either waiting on your review, or with something you’ve sent back.

Opening a profile

Select a crew member to open their full profile — personal details, identity documents, certificates, experience, and assignment history. This is where you review and verify their credentials. See Reviewing credentials.

Bulk actions

Select crew members with the checkboxes to act on several at once:
  • Create assignment — place the selected crew on a ship (covered in the Learn guide — see Crew management)
  • Change role — update the platform role for the selected people

Where crew comes from

You don’t create crew members by hand — they sync from your identity provider through SSO and directory sync. When someone joins or leaves in your directory, the roster updates automatically. See Identity & SSO.
