Logging in

  1. Go to your organization’s Seamind URL.
  2. Sign in with your company credentials (SSO — Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, etc.).
  3. You’ll land on your learner dashboard.
You use your company credentials — no separate Seamind password.
If you can’t log in, contact your IT team. Your account is managed through your company’s identity provider, not directly in Seamind.

The sidebar

After logging in, you’ll see a sidebar on the left:

If your admin has given you admin access, you’ll also see an Admin button in the sidebar. Clicking it switches to the office-facing admin view.

What to do first

  1. Check your dashboard — see what courses are assigned to you and when they’re due.
  2. Start a course — click a course card to open it in the course player.
  3. Ask Seamind — open Chat anytime to have a concept explained in plain language.
