The Analytics page gives you a bird’s-eye view of training across your organization. It answers three questions: Are we on track? Which courses are problems? Who needs help? Path: Admin sidebar > Analytics

Overview

The page is divided into three sections, each with its own KPI cards and charts:
  1. Fleet Compliance — overall training status across your fleet
  2. Course Performance — how courses are performing (scores, pass rates)
  3. Crew Insights — individual crew performance and risk areas
Each section has a dropdown filter to narrow the data.

Analytics vs Progress

Both pages show training data, but they serve different purposes:
ProgressAnalytics
ViewIndividual registrations (one row per person per course)Aggregated metrics and trends
Use forLooking up a specific person’s statusUnderstanding patterns across your fleet
ExportYes — raw data for auditsNo — visual insights only
FiltersStatus, course, shipTime period, course category, ship
Rule of thumb: Use Progress to answer “How is Jane doing on her fire safety course?” Use Analytics to answer “How is our fleet doing overall?”
